Rooted in barre and Pilates-inspired training, the method blends controlled movement, functional strength, and nervous system awareness to help people build strength in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming. Every element of The Nyra Method is designed with purpose, encouraging a deeper connection between mind and body.
Built for everyone at all stages of their journey, The Nyra Method exists to challenge the “push harder” mentality often seen in fitness spaces. Instead, it creates an environment where strength is developed through consistency, precision, and care. Sterlin Ryan is the founder and creator of The Nyra Method, a strength and movement approach designed to help individuals build confidence through intentional, sustainable training. With a background in dance, Pilates-inspired movement, and massage therapy, she brings a deep understanding of the body and its need for both strength and support. Her approach focuses on proper form, controlled movement, and long-term results, creating a space where everyone can feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies.
