FAQ & Policy
Frequently Asked Questions
Let’s clear the path to your goals.
Do I need to be fit before starting?
Not at all. You don’t need to be fit to start — that’s what we’re here for. Our classes meet you where you are, with modifications and guidance every step of the way. Build confidence at your own pace, and level up when you’re ready.
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Always communicate injuries or limitations with your instructor. We understand that every body is different. If you’re working around an injury or limitation, we’ll provide modifications to help you train safely and effectively. Our goal is progress — not pushing through pain. Just communicate with us, and we’ll make sure you feel supported. If you have specific medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.
What to bring & What to wear.
Hydration is key— so always bring water. Wear whatever athletic clothes make you feel comfortable and ready to move. Our classes are shoe-free, so remember to bring socks — Pilates grip socks work best. We supply all equipment, including yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own props or mat if you like.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so through our booking page at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 6 hours) will result in a credit used, and no-shows will be charged 100% or a class credit used. This helps us provide the best experience for all students, and we appreciate your understanding.
Phone Policy
We kindly ask that phones be set aside and placed on silent during class. We have a NO filming policy in studio and we will never post video of class online without specialized consent from clients. We value privacy and the sanctity of movement. This is a safe space for everyone and we hope you can enjoy a screen free class with us.
What if I am late?
Sometimes things don’t always go as planned. We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes early to class to ensure they are ready to start on time. We have a 2 minutes late policy. For safety we ask that you do not enter class any later than 2 minutes after start time. This ensures you are able to participate in the warm up and prepare for the workout ahead. If you are more than 2 minutes late you will need to refer to our Cancellation Policy above. We appreciate your understanding.
